Registration Procedure

Participant registration to Blue Delta conferences and workshops can be done either by telephone, e-mail or booking form on the respective event website.

Prices for delegate tickets

The prices for delegate tickets depend on the event, the package chosen and the time of booking. For detailed pricing information on each event, please see the respective event website or contact us directly via e-mail or telephone. For each event we also offer attractive group discounts for delegates coming from the same company, starting from 3 persons per company. Group offers can only be obtained as one booking, not as a collection of several individual bookings over time. In that case, individual prices will always apply. 

 

Payment

After your booking inquiry has been received, we will send you an invoice with detailed terms and payment instructions within 3 working days. The amount is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be settled immediately. Payment is possible via SEPA bank transfer or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. After your payment has been successfully processed, the booking is complete and you will receive a binding confirmation. In case the payment is failed, we reserve the right to prohibit access to the event or cancel the booking at any point of time.

Cancellations by delegate, no-show, and refund

We do not offer any refund in case of booking cancellation by the confirmed delegate, or no-show of the confirmed delegate. 

Substitution policy for delegates

A substitution of a confirmed delegate by the client is generally possible. We kindly ask to notice us reasonably in advance, before the start of the event.

Program changes

Changes in the event program (e.g. cancellation or substitution of confirmed speakers, titles and topics of presentations, or other event components; alterations of time schedule, event location, online program components) can be made by Blue Delta at any time due to reasons beyond our control. Any changes will be announced by Blue Delta as soon as possible. We do not offer any refund in case of any changes. 

 

Postponement, cancellation, and refund policy

In case an event needs to be postponed, the delegate tickets remain their unrestricted validity for the new date of the event, which will be announced as soon as possible. If the delegate is unable to attend the postponed event, a voucher will be issued over the contract fee paid, being valid for any future event produced by Blue Delta. In the rare case an event must be completely cancelled without substitution, contract fees will be refunded by 100%. We do not accept any responsibility for any damages or loss as a result of changes, postponement, cancellation, especially due to any causes beyond our controls, including natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accident, trade, or industrial disputes and hostilities.
